Half Dome Helmet
Black Diamond have used the original Half Dome as a solid base on which to re-work the helmet for its latest incarnation. More comfortable and simplified the improved design features an updated outer shell, a lower profile suspension system with a one handed dial and streamlined headtorch clips. It also has an updated chin strap for more efficiency and security. The Half Dome has long been a favourite all-round workhorse helmet. If you are looking for something that will serve you well for trad cragging in addition to alpine expeditions then this helmet would be a fine choice. This helmet comes in two sizes. Most adults will take the larger size. A precise fit is achieved using a custom designed wheel at the back of the helmet.
